United Restoration Services offers full-service construction, remodeling, repair and restoration services. Fire & Storm Damage Restoration

United Restoration specializes in returning your home or office to “better than new” condition after a disaster or loss. When the remediation is over, the water is dried up, the smoke smell is gone or the damaged areas have been removed we step in to rebuild your property and put it back to the condition it was in before the event. We’re equipped with the training and experience to handle whatever storm damage that nature may unexpectedly bring your way.

Design & Build

On United Restoration led design/build projects, project management is structured so that the owner works directly with us as the general contractor who, in turn, coordinates subcontractors. Mold Removal & Remediation

When mold starts to invade your home or office, dealing with mold removal quickly and safely should be a priority. It can take less than 72 hours for mold to spread throughout your home. United Restoration professionals use advanced equipment and experience in mold removal and mold mitigation to determine the water source of your mold problem. We’ll work with you in the mold cleanup and mold remediation process with as little disruption to your family as possible.

Investment & Rental Properties

Every property owner knows that a home or apartment that has been properly maintained attracts quality tenants and boost investment value. Unfortunately, not all tenants leave properties in good condition. When that happens, we can help. We provide rental turnover services such as general maintenance, repair, restoration, remediation, tailored to the needs of each of your properties to ensure each of your properties looks “brand new” for prospective residents.

Roof Damage Restoration

Roof damage to your home or business can be caused by a storm, fire, or other emergency. Damage needs to be addressed immediately to help avoid further harm by the elements or intruders. Our licensed and certified professionals use roof tarping and board-up techniques to help keep your home or business secure while the roof is inspected and repaired.
